Where the community gathers

Branxton Hall is a much-loved gathering place within our community, its rich history dating back to 1939.

One of the largest halls in our region, Branxton Hall has a generous capacity of 294 seated.  Packed with extras, Branxton Hall is a great option for weddings, engagement parties, milestone birthdays, business and networking events, concerts, galas, fundraisers and regular community events like like karate, yoga, and dance classes.

When it comes to special events, we don’t just provide a great central location, we also have equipment and staging items that suit the space available for weddings, name days, high teas and hens’ parties.

If you’re thinking about putting a local event together, we’d love to help out!  Please get in touch with our friendly proactive committee and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our high standard, stainless steel kitchen is incredibly well equipped and could help you save a fortune on catered and DIY events.

We even have crockery, serving ware and cutlery all included in your hire price!

Caretaker Helen will give your hire that personal touch with pre-event walk throughs, meeting you to open up the hall and ensure you know where to find what you need, or even pre-cooling the fridges for your event.

There’s plenty of outdoor space, great for fetes, fairs, markets and small trade fairs too.

Perfect for events!

Great for welcome drinks, the foyer measures roughly 8.5x6m with the main hall a generous 21×13.7m and an 8×4.7m stage

You’ll find spacious, clean toilets – 3 ladies, 2 gents, baby change tables and full length mirror in ladies bathroom.  Air-conditioning to the foyer and kitchen, plus 6 fans to the main hall.  *Air conditioning to the main hall coming soon!

Electric Oven 900 wide with glass 5 pot cooktop, 16 shelf, 32 trays commercial warmer and 80 plate rack

Over 9 metres of stainless steel bench space for prep and cleanup with servery window opening onto the main hall through modern bi-folds

Full height freezer, commercial double glass door fridge, Stainless steel fridge.  (all with digital thermostats for food safety.)

2 Commercial dishwashers

Zip boil and a collection of varying sized urns

Serving Ware includes:

Glass jugs x12, Stainless steel jugs x 15, Carafes x 16

Dinner plates, side plates, saucers, cups and cutlery x 120 settings, stunning 12 piece ‘Bridal Floral Setting’ and a huge range of assorted serving trays and crockery

Other inclusions

Tinted windows, blockout blinds, community library sitting area between toilets and foyer

55” Tv, 4 mic channel Sound System with various other inputs (additional $50 cost) and Piano (locked without approved request to use)

Furniture

50 standard trestle tables, 8 decorative wooden timber trestle tables and 9 round tables (seating 10 pax)

Standard chairs, 150 padded rose gold chairs for weddings and high teas

Accessories (additional small hire costs apply)

Chair covers, tablecloths, (black, white and brown) and cloth napkins (black, white and pink)

Table runners – a wide range of satin or organza colours, or earthy hessian to select from

Centrepieces including tin pails, wooden rounds, candelabras and oversized cocktail glasses & light diffuser towers
