What is Plan Your Event Hunter?

Plan Your Event Hunter’s goal is to create a user-friendly platform where locals and visitors can uncover all of the services, people, and places, they could possibly need to hold successful events ranging from baby showers and kids’ birthday parties, through to health retreats, trade-shows, business training days, family reunions, marathons, festivals and everything in between. 

This platform is not intended to replace the valuable work of event planners and managers, in fact we list a handful of the best in our services section! 

It is intended to help you to find a wide range of services at a variety of price points that you otherwise might not uncover. Our intention is to help people connect with the services that will best suit their needs, budget, and taste without prejudice. 

Plan Your Event Hunter is Powered by Powerful Perceptions (Greta based marketing company), and supported by the Cessnock City Council.  The vast majority of photography across the Plan Your Event site has been captured by local photographer, Writing With Light Studio.

We understand that not all small businesses can afford expensive marketing, SEO and professional graphic design, which is what makes our platform so vendor friendly! 

Once you’ve registered and answered all the questions in the vendor registration, we’ll give you a call or pop in for a chat to understand what makes your business different and great. After that we’ll professionally write your listing, edit and layout the images and get your approval before it goes live on the Plan Your Event site.
