Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean while you enjoy your special event. Our function space can fit 120 people seated comfortably and has a spacious verandah to enjoy a chat, views, a drink, and some great company.

Redhead SLSC Function space is accessible for people of all abilities, including an elevator and disabled bathroom facilities. We're also available for regular weekly hire for community activities and events like karate classes.

Flexibility and facilities for your function

Our functions space is well equipped with tables, chairs, a commercial kitchen, PA system, a dance floor and bar. For a full list of furniture and kitchen facilities, click here here.

Business groups will benefit from our PA and TV, allowing you to hold presentations, business luncheons and networking events.

You’re welcome to bring in private caterers, or DIY cater your own event, or even bring in food trucks. The carpark is also a spacious place for larger public charity and sporting events pending council approval.

We provide competent, qualified bar staff and well-equipped bar, and there’s a wide variety of beer available to arrange on tap. As we are a licensed venue, there is no BYO available for alcohol.

Redhead Surf Life Saving Club offers a number of Toohey’s keg beers. The beers on tap for a function can be selected from the list below. Toohey’s New Toohey’s Old XXXX Gold Iron Jack Little Creatures Rogers 150 Lashes Other beers may be available on request.
