Weekly Restorative Yoga Class

RESTORATIVE YOGA LOCALS' CLASS at Saddlers Creek Winery. WED, 6pm
1 hour @ A$25.00

This is about using equipment to support and fit to your body. The aim is for stillness, relaxation and calming the parasympathetic nervous system (which we all really need now). Discover peace and tranquility whilst releasing your muscles, body, mind and spirit.

We start with breath work, there is additional option to receive Reiki in the class and singing bowel over you in Shavasana.

This class is WEEKLY on a Wednesday at SADDLER'S CREEK WINERY, Oakey Creek Road, Pokolbin
